Refund policy

At W Building Supply, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our Refund Policy is as follows:

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

1.1 Returns must be requested within 5 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
1.2 The product must be in its original unused and unopened condition.
1.3 Special orders and custom-cut products cannot be returned.

2. Refund Process

2.1 Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5 business days.
2.2 Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

3. Damaged or Faulty Goods

3.1 If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 5 days for a replacement or refund.
3.2 Photo evidence may be required for damaged items.

4. Restocking Fees

4.1 A 10% restocking fee may apply to returned items.

5. Non-Returnable Items

5.1 Clearance items, opened packaging, and custom orders cannot be refunded.
